How do we process Shipping & Returns?
Items must be returned within 28 days and non sale items are fully refundable or can be exchanged for a different size.
For a return the items must be unworn. Customers are responsible for returning the items in good condition for a refund or exchange. We will issue a return shipping label or the customer covers a refundable shipping depending on your location globally.
Sale items are refundable with good reason, such as a size change or received damaged. However Sale Items are not refundable.
What services do you offer?
We offer any services from individuals to business to craft copy, websites, social media or personal plans to improve your business or life to become more eco conscious - from revamping your business to your wardrobe, spending & travel plans. Is Electra.land and Eco Gypsy the same?
We are now operating under the name Electra but our brand Eco Gypsy will retain its name during a transition period to avoid confusion which is why you can see both brands in our website.
